We had Dave from Balance Point come out today as we were having issues with our furnace, of course, when it’s supposed to snow 2 to 4 inches tonight. He was absolutely amazing, very respectful of my home, very informative of what he was doing and what needed to be done. Did not do anything without letting me know prices beforehand. Very impressed on how knowledgeable he was without being pushy on doing things that did not need to be done. Great handshake (Which goes a long ways in my book) And outstanding customer service! Would recommend him to anyone! Will have him back for yearly maintenance! Thanks again, Dave for doing such an outstanding job!

The services Eric provided were excellent. He spent extra time attempting to diagnose the problem with our Mitsubishi split system. His phone time for assistance from the manufacturer seemed to be spent efficiently as well. Once the problem was identified the repair and warranty claim went very smoothly. Eric arrived on time for each appointment and was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Balance Point to others.

I cannot recommend Balance Point Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing highly enough! Cody provided the absolute best service I’ve ever experienced. He came out twice without charging me a dime, which is practically unheard of these days. The first time, he gave me a quote for a toilet installation, but when I mentioned I wanted to try installing it myself to save money, he was genuinely supportive. Instead of pushing the service, he spent 30 minutes patiently walking me through every step so I could do it on my own. When I ran into a couple of issues along the way: The wax seal wasn’t working – I texted him after business hours, and he immediately responded with a great solution (a thicker wax seal from Home Depot). That fixed the problem. Later, I had a leak in the toilet tank – Cody came out again, in person, and fixed it at no charge! The level of honesty, generosity, and professionalism is truly above and beyond. If you need plumbing, heating, or cooling services, do yourself a favor and call Balance Point. This is customer service at its finest!

Recently we had our furnace fail. Our service call was with Dave and his associate (Matt ?) to figure out our problem. After thorough diagnostics, Dave gave us the pros and cons of servicing a fifteen year old furnace. They both were fantastic to work with and had trust in what they were telling us. We chose to replace it with a new furnace install and with that, after discovering our hot water heater was even older, we had both replaced. Nick was our contact for purchasing the two components and service. He was very pleasant to work with. Anthony, Kyle and Steven were our techs for the install process. They too were excellent to work with. Their work was top notch and exceeded our expectations on the thoroughness and quality of the work done. They went over and above on completing the install of both components. We had no hesitation on giving Balance Point the the crews a five star review.

My furnace quit heating my home on arguably the coldest day of the year, -17 degrees! I called Balance Point Heating and Air Conditioning and Larry, the dispatcher, was able to schedule Ryan to come out to my house first thing in the morning on the same day for a “no-heat” call! Ryan was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about his craft! He diagnosed the gas valve in my furnace to have been faulty. He got a new valve, installed it, and also make sure my thermostat and the wiring were properly installed. Ryan ensured proper operation and we couldn’t be happier with the performance of our system. Ryan went above and beyond and explained other aspects of our system and helped us understand the setup. I highly recommend the Balance Point team!
